• Benson Christmas. This year, the Bensons congregated in Willmar at Art and Annette’s new place.

• First Christmas. Christmas Eve was practically a tragedy when we made our trip to the grocery store at about 6:30 PM to snag some tasty steaks, only to realize that grocery stores aren’t open on Christmas Even. The nerve! We ended up scrounging around the house to find some uneaten chips, and a frozen pizza. Definitely memorable.
