Venus and Serena Sell Out. I read today that Venus and Serena Williams will star in an upcoming reality T.V. show starring themselves. I’ve grown up loving to watch these sisters play, and at the same time, disliking their prideful attitudes, and condescending demeanors.≡ 30 Mar 2005

Doogie Blogger. Jason Kottke posted an article about the DVD for season one of Doogie Howser, M.D. and how silly it was. One of his readers pointed out that Dookie had an electronic journal that he wrote on all the time. Does that make him the first blogger? I’m not going to waste too much time thinking about it… I can’t believe I’m writing about this.≡ 28 Mar 2005

Bowling with Madeline. Mandy and I took Madeline bowling on Saturday at the New Hope Bowl and Lounge. It was a lot of fun, and Madeline scored a 91! Also, I was confronted with the sad reality that my bowling skills are roughly equivalent to a 5-year olds. I barely squeaked out a win with a 112 (and we were using bumpers!)≡ 27 Mar 2005

Red Lake Massacre. On Monday, in Red Lake, MN, a student shot 9 people, and then himself. The stories say that Jeff Weise first shot his Grandpa and his Grandpa’s girlfriend at their house (he was staying with them). He then proceeded to Red Lake High School where he shot a security guard, a teacher, 5 students, and finally, himself.≡ 22 Mar 2005

Residual Links. The Residual Links section is basically a list of links that I come across from day to day and feel like posting. I do this in lieu of posting full articles to the main section.≡ 22 Mar 2005

Curling. This week, on Monday, a bunch of people from work (myself included) went curling at the St. Paul Curling Club. My friend Erik Anderson, took some pictures of the event and put them up on his site.≡ 18 Mar 2005

The Moral Dilemma. For the last few months, I’ve been reading A Year with C.S. Lewis which is essentially a devotional book culled from C.S. Lewis’ major nonfiction works (Screwtape Letters, Mere Christianity, etc.). It’s organized like most other devotionals in that each day of the year has a new reading. The entry for March 2nd is entitled The Moral Dilemma and is an excerpt from Mere Christianity.≡ 2 Mar 2005
